Steele Country Safety Camp Registrations

All registrants must read the following waiver, by purchasing this ticket you accept the terms of the waiver.

In consideration of your accepting you or your child or ward's entry, I hereby, for myself, my child or ward, my spouse, heirs, and successors, or assign, waive, release, any and all rights and claims that I, my spouse, or my child or my ward may have against the City of Owatonna, its servants, agents, or employees, Steele County, Safety Camp, and the Four Seasons Centre for any and all injuries or other damages arising out of or connected with participation in the registered activity.  I further agree and consent to emergency treatment of my child or ward by a physician or hospital in the event that I cannot be reached.

Photo Waiver: Please notify us if you do not wish for your child's picture/name to be used for publicity purposes.
